I'm Sara, married with one 4 year old son

a few cats, 2 dogs and 3 hens.
I've got just over 20lbs to lose which I hope to do by eating healthily and by keeping portions down.
I mainly want to get fit though, started my jogging programme last night using the Zombies, Run! app (which I love already!! OMG! My muscles are killing me today!), more hiking with my dogs and I might just join the local Zumba class... it's literally about 30 seconds away from me but I don't fit in with that crowd at all. I did try Zumba with my friend last year which was fun but I'm a bit nervous about going alone this time!
I'm going to add weights in at some point, just need to find the time!
Well that's the plan anyway!
