Newbie to the forum, but a veteran dieter
Hello, all I'm Wendy I saw this site and it looked right for me. I have been dieting and yo yoing since my brief stint non professionally body building. Unfortunately, I gained my weight when I didn't consider decreasing my calories after I quit lifting. So...years later I'm 210, I'd like to be 150. Diabetes runs in my family and after researching diabetes I realized it didn't sound like a optimistic plan for my life. I do yoga or meditate and my current plan on the wellness journey is the insulin resistance diet...it's worked in the past. Looking to make friends and find some support by people on a similar journey.
