Hi all,
4 years ago I quit smoking, ( 3 packs a day) I thought it would be the hardest thing I have ever done, .... well maybe not so now, sitting here at 270 pounds (I gained 120 pounds in the last 4 years) losing it seems to be even harder to do. I often tell people the hardest thing about quittng smoking was thinking about it , once i set my mind to
not smoking it just happened, but it's not being that easy for me to lose this horrible excess weight. I know from reading the forums, and viewing everyones pics your all remarkable and I hope your inspiration will keep me on this motivated track ....
Yesterday I joined the YMCA and walked my first 20 minutes on a treadmill ever.... I kept a slow pace but I was proud.
I hope to become a fixed person on this site and hope to be able to be as proud as you all are with great weight loss tips !! My first goal is to be able to cross my legs !!!
