Hello... not sure where to start so was hoping an intro may get me in some direction. Divorce led me to bettering myself by putting myself through college and volunteering often at my Son's school, but my body and now my mind has paid the price.. I am now 30 pounds overweight and need to change the way we are living. More exercise is a must but also really want some quick results to get my mind in the game. I have heard some pros and cons of MRC but think I am interested in getting the menus, I can't afford the program nor do I want to take pills... but the weight off would be awesome.... how do I know which program would benefit a mid thirties Mom? My confidence with dating and job interviews with my weight is really bringing me down.... thank you in advance! <3

I don't have money for any special programs or even a gym. I just make sure to cook healthy, eliminate most carbs and sugary drinks. I do excersizes I find on u tube videos. It's worked so far. Have lost 19 lbs in 6 weeks roughly. I started slow cause I figured too many changes early on would be a recipe for disaster. Just make sure to stay focused, don't lose momentum when things don't go as fast as u would like them too. Wish u the best on your journey.
