Hello everyone I am Katie. I am 23 years old and have about 50 lbs to lose. I first joined this site about 3.5 years ago while I went from 195 to 147. My goal was to get to 125..I was so close! Unfortunately I allowed life to get in my way again and went back up to 186 in the spring of 2012. I am now down to 170-175 and my goal is get on track and STAY on track this time and get down to 125 or somewhere around there where I feel comfortable. I have been overweight my whole life so I don't really know where my body will look/feel healthy, so we will see!
My biggest issue is eating. The active part is no problem for me. I am an avid runner; I have done 2 Half-Marys, a few 5ks, and a 10k; along with getting into obstacle course racing! I want to be lighter, toned and more agile to prevent injury and do better at all these races
Plus I want to look and feel good about myself
