New - 20 pounds to lose in 2 mons!
Hello all,
I have never been a small girl, although not big either, I want to find a way to reach a goal weight I've never been. I am hoping to get support and advise from those in my same/similar situation.
I want to be around 125 (get down to 120 for that little gain back the coaches say there will be) My goal is to get there in 2 months. Any tips and tricks would be helpful.
I am active and I know that makes this harder. I snowboard and go to the gym etc. My coach has stated things need to slow down but I am worried about not being toned. Has anyone used Bikram with IP? Is that a low energy way to stay active?
I read these pages a lot and I have to say there are some incredible, motivating and determined people out there - everyone... keep it up, you're helping each other!!
