Hello, Im new!
Hello everyone! Im new to this site and wanted to introduce myself and hopefully find some support for along the way. I am still looking into which platform I will be using to live a healthier life. The contenders are the 17 day diet, weightwatchers, or south beach. Im doing my research and 17 day diet and south beach seem very similar. Any experience?
