Yup...another newbie!
Hello everyone,
I'm sure the long-standing members of this community are seeing tons of new members join and are wondering what the odds are that anyone will last beyond January 31st...Hopefully it's not too disruptive to the wonderful community you have built.
I've lurked here for a week or so and the positive attitudes and impressive success stories have inspired me to join. I'm a 40-something Momma to 2 kids (8 and 10), married, work full time. I don't have a lot of weight to lose---I've set my goal as 25 pounds but will re-evaluate as time goes by. More important to me is cutting down my fat and getting strong. I run a fair amount, so I feel like my cardio is OK, but that's all I do for exercise and I need to start weight training.
Anyhow, that's a long intro to me. See you around the boards!
