Starting Over...
I never thought it could be this hard... I knew most people who lose a lot of weight wind up gaining it back, but I didn't think that would happen to me.
But it did, and it's so hard to lose it back off!
I keep binging, and as an active young person who eats vegan in a college dining hall, you would think it would be easy to keep thin, but it's not.
I want to get down to 150 or 145 (I'm 5'8), taking my time. So about 25 lbs. I can do this. I will stop binging!
