Today everything changes
After years of yo-yo's I've had it. I'm changing and i'm changing now. 2013 WILL be the year I get my life back.
Of course, I know it will be tough because it always is. I'm not lazy, but I sit at my desk from 11-11pm literally every day. My me-time away from the desk is extremely limited and so exercise time, at least for now, is far too limited. Not much I can do about that.
But because I need to be alert so many hours per day working, I eat!
So I hit 73kgs over the summer. Right now, I'm 66.6kgs so there's still 10kgs to go.
I need support. i really do.
So hopefully being here i will get some of it and some info on changing my habits.
