I think this is the 2nd or 3rd time I've come back?
I've been losing some weight the past few weeks and I want to maintain this sudden burst of motivation. I'm at 160ish (which is apparently 20lbs higher than last time I was here, yuck), and I want to get down to 120ish.
But also I want to get stronger and fitter. I've started teaching group fitness classes (cardio-kickboxing, and a strength+cardio boot-camp-ish class) and it would be so much easier to teach if I were in a bit better shape!
Since last time I was here, I got divorced, started dating someone new, and got engaged. I'm not going to lie, the wedding provides some serious weight-loss motivation, because now I have a very specific date! It's about 10 months to the wedding, and only a couple months before I can start dress shopping (when the prom dresses come out).
I'm happier and more stable than I've ever been before in my life, and it would be great to have a body that matches how I'm feeling inside.
