I'm a 55 year old gramma and have weighed as much as 200lbs and as little as 120lbs. Just got so tired of the roller coaster. Have an extremely busy and stressful life so following a diet doesn't work well for me. I'm a late night eater and use food for comfort. Know all the ways to lose weight but have no motivation. I need a support group but have no time for meetings etc. Thought I could be a part of a group on line and maybe get some support and hopefully offer some to others. I do not own a scale. I don't care to be really thin. I want to lose enough weight to feel good in my skin and my clothes and I want to improve my overall health. Thanks for accepting me into your group. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you here.
