Hi there!! I feel like I'm stuck in a rut. From reading the tips I am in between, got more to lose than the feather weights but less than the 100 & over.
I know I am tired & disgusted in my own skin. My friend is getting me the information about the ideal protein diet. I have people on Facebook writing about ********** beach body diet. I'm just confused & dying for results that I can maintain.
I am 34 with 3 kids & a step daughter. I was working from home & recently went back into the office. I've seen a drastic jump in weight since I've gone back.
I just know I have to start somewhere & immediately!! I would love people that I can talk to that understand the battle & support ups and downs.
Actually there are people of all ages and weights here... some with a lot to lose and some with just a little. It can take a while to find your way around the forum and choose threads which interest you.
