This is the first time that I have reached out for support when dieting. My partner loses weight at the drop of a hat so he doesn't quite understand my sugar cravings, demoralisation or just 's***w-it' days

I have a condition called PCOS and went from ~140 when I was 20 to 230 when I was 25. I'm 29 now and am finally getting medical help. I am hoping that by talking to people here, I can keep on track more easily and get tips and help from people who have 'been there'.
If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it!
