Unhappy Starving on Herbalife
Hi im new to this website im hoping to find some help with this Herbalife diet. Im 42 weigh 225 and im 4'10 yes severely obese and i just started the Herbalife diet on Thursday I have lost 4lbs and was doing good but now that im on my fith day I am starving

I don't know much about it, but you might want to look at an alternative diet, like the South Beach Diet, or Weight Watchers. Herbalife sounds potentially very dangerous: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herbalife#Adverse_effects

IDK anything about herbalife. But I will tell you that there is NO reason to starve!!! I eat to lose!!! Crazy I know but soo true! I will help in anyway I can!

Hi. I can't encourage you about Herbalife because I agree it is very dangerous... but do want to say and I wish you all success.
