Default New here

Hi I just found this site. I started out at 307 lbs! I am only 5' 2" so I should probably weigh about 140 lbs or less. I have been very heavy all my life. I am 52 yrs old now. In Feb of this year I decided I needed to do some changes for the rest of my life. I keep track of all my calories, drink as much water as I can and exersize sometimes.

I weigh 238 now. I has been a lot of hard work. I realized this morning that I now have less than 100 lbs to lose!

I hope I can get and give some support here.

Welcome Zarina!
Remember there are 3 key elements to lose weight. Eat healthy (this includes drinking H2O), exercise & support. Even if you only exercise 10-15 mins a day, you'll see better results. I know exercise isn't easy to fit in or it's not always fun, but exercise increases your metabolism that helps you burn calories thus drop weight more easily.

Hi there! I am new too, and like you started at I am in need of loosing about 100 lbs. I came here searching for others and a support network, I only have my boyfriend at home and well he tries but I need some girls to keep me on track. I would really love to join a group who sorta becomes a weight loss family!
