Remember there are 3 key elements to lose weight. Eat healthy (this includes drinking H2O), exercise & support. Even if you only exercise 10-15 mins a day, you'll see better results. I know exercise isn't easy to fit in or it's not always fun, but exercise increases your metabolism that helps you burn calories thus drop weight more easily.
