Red face I REALLY Hate to weigh myself .

I really do hate to weigh myself . It always puts me in a bad mood .

The other day ,I weighed myself ,by accident ,and now I know I could lose about 25 lbs. ,so my first solution was to eat nothing and that lead to eating everything.......help. !

Oh, I know, 'the truth hurts' doesn't it!! but don't we need to face facts to realize that we need to take action? and if you start today, you are one day on your journey! Most people benefit from some sort of plan so maybe you could cruise around this forum and find a plan that seems workable for you?

I know it is hard, but some wise people here say 'being fat is hard, losing weight is hard, maintaining is hard; pick your hard'.

I weigh myself every Sunday morning and I get angry or happy depending on the results. But then I look back to what happened in my weekend and try to learn from it. I think that's the best way.

Lately I've had to force myself to step on the scale because I've been re-gaining. I know I need that feedback so that I'll get back to the healthier habits I had that helped me lose in the first place, but it's scary to see it coming back.

It's tough sometimes D: I hated it at first, now I'm starting to obsess over it....neither extreme is where I personally want to be.

Do you take measurements? That's something I'd rather do than step on a scale any day.

Your weight will go up and down from day to day, so I think weighing once a week is great if you can do it :] For me specifically, weighing every single day did nothing but stress me out over 1 or 2 pounds. So if it stresses you out, only do it when you have to :]

And realize if you're putting in the work, there's no reason to be scared

hate my husband's scale
it give me 2 lbs. higher...
