This is a great site to get encouragement and strategies for losing weight. I have seen some "weight loss buddies" threads going on, too! Good luck on your challenge!

Good luck to you. I am new here too and my husband is also on a weight loss adventure with me. His success has been effortless and although i'm happy for him, its a little discouraging for me. I could use someone to share success, motivations and ideas with.

Its a lot harder for women to get their motors running sorta speak. So you gotta stick with it and think of it as a life style change rather than a quick way to beat the hubby either way you both win in the end

Hi! My husband is also trying to lose weight. It's great that we can support each other, but it is frustrating that he can eat practically 1,000 more calories than me and still lose more every week. Sigh. But anyway, I'd love weight loss buddies as well!
