Hey everyone. My name is Lins and I am looking for some support to keep me on track to losing these last 15 pounds. My weight has been up and down over the last several years, mostly due to having 6 babies in less than 8 years.
I did LAWL about 6 years ago (after baby #4) and had great success. then along came baby 5...then baby 6... And I've just been trying other things but nothing sticks. I did Atkins for a while but it made me *exhausted*, then last fall did Body for Life, which was great until I tore my rotator cuff from lifting too heavy. So, kinda stalled out this year.
I am re-starting my LAWL tomorrow (I kept my old plan and diary), so ready to do Fast Forward and looking forward to my grapefruit.
I've read so many inspiring stories here already, I'm excited to be a part of this community.
