Hello, my name is Shannon and I just joined this forum. I'm hoping to kick my butt into gear, or at least more into gear than it has been. I've been overweight almost all my life but it has really gotten bad the last 5 years due to working nights, sleeping a lot (I would sleep all day if I could, every day), depression, lack of exercise, couch-potato hobbies, and poor diet.
So here I am! I'm looking forward to getting to read more of the forum when I have more time later in the week.
