Question Just starting out here...looking for tips

Hi my name is kolefuture. I began to really watch my weight on May 1 2012. Since then I have lost 40 pounds. I started out with Weight Watchers. But then my meds were changed and the side effect was loss of appetite and it did just that. I began to just eat watermelon and weight watchers fudge cycles and then as much of a regular meal as I could. This is not how I planned to do this. I did this as I teenager and I did keep the weight of that is until after my second child. Wow this is longer than I expected it to. I just want to be able to have a new lifestyle a new way of thinking...not this because obviously I can't go on this forever. Plus I know it really isn't healthy. Also I would like to have a timeline of my weight loss if anyone could help me with that also.

Pretty hard to put a timeline on weight loss. our bodies are all different and they will proceed at their own pace.

My only suggestion would be to pick a healthful plan and stick with it. And there is a lot of support and encouragement here in the forum; you are welcome to join in anywhere.
