So I guess I joined this forum in 2009 & made ONE post!

But now I'm really serious about weight loss & in the past 7months I have made more progress than ever. I've got MOMENTUM!

I'm a 29 year old stay at home mom to a superhero & a ballerina.

I lost 50 lbs. total doing 3 cycles of an HCG weight loss program, and I would really like to do the rest on my own. I get frustrated because I feel like I have to work 10x as hard as anyone to lose fat. All of these methods that guarantee that weight will just "fall right off!" go very, very slowly for me.

I have been paleo for 2 years, & into an awesome cardio & strength training routine for about 1 year!

My mini goal is to be out of the 200's!

Here are some stats as of this morning:
height: 5 feet 7 inches
Weight: 203.1
BMI: 31.8
Jeans: size 14
Shirts: Large
Slacks/dresses: 16
