I'm trying to lose about 25 lbs permanently! I've definitely been more fit and more trim before and would love to look forward to not ever having to say that again.
I started a cookie diet yesterday that went pretty well...although I need to eat a cookie now.
Also I did a weight training video today. I'm a little nervous about how sore I'm going to be tomorrow. I tried not to overdo it, but I'm sooooo out of shape!
Are you on a particular diet or exercise program?
