Hello there all. I'm 20 years old and I'm trying to get back into semi-control with my weight. I've always been a chunky since I was 11 or 12, I'm really tired of not being ok with my body. It's the only one I have and I really should take better care of it. I'm right now 169 pounds (I'm 5'3" so it's a lot on my small frame) I want to get down to 128-130. I have PCOS which makes it a bit hard for me to lose weight but I've been drinking loads of water and working-out and I've lost three this week! I am so proud, so I wanted to join this site to keep up my progress!
