Hello Everyone
Hello,
My name is Taylor and I am new to this site. It isn't that I'm terribly overweight (5'7" and 160 lbs) , but it is nevertheless something that I struggle with to keep under check. I would like to be a healthy 140lbs.
I am a dentist and a semi-recovering alcoholic/addict (aka one who is trying to break an addiction to a mild opiate drug at the time but no longer drinks.) This only complicates the weight issue.
I used to not eat when I drank, so now that I don't drink, I tend to want to eat and it's a constant battle to not fall prey to it.
Anyway, pleasure to meet all of you as we journey together (hopefully for the long term).
