I am new to the community. I have struggled with my weight for the last 8 years. I have 30 pounds to go until I am no longer considered overweight. I am excited to meet you all

Thanks for the welcome. I decided to join because I recently moved and changed jobs. I know that I am going to need a lot of support through this stressful transition if I am going to continue to make progress
