That's OK. I have done all the diets, or so it seemed and spent a lot of money and regained it plus some. I finally decided I wasn't going to spend money to have someone tell me how to diet or have to buy their expensive food and I started calorie counting. Calorie counting works best for me, it is reliable, non restrictive, no strange food combinations, nothing restricted. It will carry you over into maintenace and it is free !
The best diet for you is the one you will do. It is Ok to experiment until you find what works best for you. Good luck !
