Default How long does it take??

Hi my name is Meagan and I'm 200lbs and im ready to loose some weight!!! my goal weight is to be around 125lbs i know its possible...im on low calorie diet just eating overall more healthy i downloaded a app on my iphone and it tracks how many i ate for that day and im keeping it around 1200...i really havent had any slip ups and my Girlfriend is doing it with me so i have support how long does it take around to loose that much...i just feel like i need to see a good 20 come off to be REALLY motovaited!!!

Bargoo thats so funny you answered bc i was looking at your profile trying to see if i could message you and ask how you lost your weight from 204 to 130 bc thats what i need to lose same as you did and how you did it?

That's OK. I have done all the diets, or so it seemed and spent a lot of money and regained it plus some. I finally decided I wasn't going to spend money to have someone tell me how to diet or have to buy their expensive food and I started calorie counting. Calorie counting works best for me, it is reliable, non restrictive, no strange food combinations, nothing restricted. It will carry you over into maintenace and it is free !
The best diet for you is the one you will do. It is Ok to experiment until you find what works best for you. Good luck !

thank you guys!! yeah i dont think ill have any problems sticking to it like today for lunch i had a banana orange 4 celery stalks and a handful of baby carrots and fat free veggie ranch dip but i put it into my calorie counter and it says the banana was like 300 thats alot now i dont think my lunch was as healthy as i wanted it to be :'/

My, gosh, what size banana did you have ? A large banana should be about 105 calories.
