Hi everyone! I'm glad to be a part of this community of weight losers

I have been overweight or obese since my teenage years, between 160 to 235. I am 5'4". Right now I am at 181 but I was down to 162 again about a year and a half ago and since then its been creeping up again.
I got a spout of confidence and will to start another diet plan which I did about a week ago.
Basically I write down what I eat all day in a journal and try to keep to a calories budget as well as activity four times a week. I know I can do it! ((We)) can do it!!
