I'm new here.
I just really started trying again to get back in shape. I lost 70lbs at my lowest but I gained it all back by rewarding myself with food. I see that now. I have a wedding to get my body prepared for in about 2 years so I really am committing to this life change this time. When I lost all that weight before it was very quick and I think that was part of why I gained it back as well. I was going to a weight loss doctor taking appetite suppressants and other supplements but I wasn't really learning how to keep the weight off.
At my lowest I was around 183, but because of my height I need to realistically be much less than that. But I'm not going to mentally push myself, I'm going to gradually do it and hope this time it will stay off for good. I know I can do this if I put my mind to it
