I'm fairly new here too but this forum is amazing!

Lots of support and an abundance of wisdom available!
I've used to have a emotional eating problem too... when I'm really stressed, I'll stroll to the mall and get myself an extra large, deep fried chicken cutlet and I'll lace it with mayo and mustard, then devour the whole thing.
Now my emotional hunger is much under control!

I found things that I like to do besides eating. (doodle, listening to songs, watch videos etc) and these things make me feel happier! when I feel happier, my emotional hunger subsides. It gets easier after a while.
