ion go go go! Thread Starter Join Date: Aug 2012 Posts: 51 Height: 5'2" My 3FC Diet Blog	hello! You can call me Ion. I'm 21 years old, 135 lbs down from 150, and looking to lose another 10 at least. In the past I've struggled with binge eating and just generally staying dedicated/motivated... I've browsed around fitness forums and decided this might be the one for me! Hope to succeed here and help out when I can.
