Newbie here!!!
Good Morning, and Happy Thursday!! I am working on a stubborn 20 pounds....I have been losing and gaining the same 10 for 3 months now, and I am seriously over it!!! So I am cutting the Wine, that seems to be a huge culprit, and cutting the carbs and excessive fat and just trying to be sensible. I would love some support and would love to be supportive as well, I have 4 sons, so cooking meals are a danger to me, teetering between making something they will eat and enjoy and something I can eat as well... Any suggestions are welcome, I have a closet full of clothes I am dying to wear comfortably again!!! Thanks!!
