Hi Everyone...Well it pains me to say "back again!" But I am back which is the great thing! I was a member of 3FC before and I was doing great..Its been so long I cant even remember my old username. But to many who do not know me My name is Maggie. For as long as I can remember Ive always had a weight problem. And now 23 years old I am morbidly obese. I weighed myself today an 333 lbs said the scale..8lbs up from the last time I weighed at 326. I knew I had gained but wasnt sure as of how much. Im here to lose weight and get healthy. I love 3FC because many of the questions Im to embarassed to ask anyone else are acknowledged here and theres so much support. Im taking it one day at a time now and focusing on smaller goals rather then jumping head on into big ones that are harder to accomplish and Im sure Im not alone when I say this its easier to give up when goals arent met overnight. But anyway just wanted to say Im back. Look forward to speaking to you all on threads and hope to make new supportive friends along the way on my journey! Goodluck to all!
