Wink new start

Hello I was looking for support in my weight loss and am happy to have found this site. In the past year I have already lost 80 lbs with out trying actually my husband left me and through all the emotions i lost the weight. Now I am getting myself back up and starting to date. So I still should for good health be down 40 more lbs. Hopefully it will also inspire my kids who are over weight to get health also.. Good luck to everyone

Good luck to you too! I know a split can play havoc on how well we take care of our selves - I hope you find the support you are looking for here.

What program are you following?

For myself, I've promised myself to stay with IP for 100 days... I figure I can do anything for 100 days ... so I sure hope 15 weeks can make a real difference for my body and overall health. (I rounded it up to 15 weeks instead of 100 days - hee hee) just cause I like to track things weekly.

I also like the idea of 100 days - this gives me an actual start and end date. Of course, if I get to goal sooner - even better... but if I still have a bit of a ways to go ... and all things are going well - I plan to continue until I reach my goal weight. I haven't been this weight for at least 17 years... Wow that's hard to admit to... 17 years...

Anyways, I do hope we could keep tabs on each other and support each other.
