Hey ladies, I am also new, and agree with you, I think sometimes it's best to just trust yourself
I doubt that calorie counting is my thing cause I don't think I can get myself to stick to it, so I think for starters I'll try to increase my vegetable intake and avoid sweet/salty/fat stuff! Just started working as a cashier and I'm working a lot right now, still have to figure out a way to work out even though I'm exhausted and my feet are killing my by end of day, how about you guys, are you working out or are you just starting with counting calories?
