Hey fellow dieters!
I came across this site from a google search for counting calories. I have been there, done that with many diets as I am sure most of you have also. But, counting calories has always brought me the most success. It forces me to plan ahead and keep a detailed log of my intake.
I am 3 days into my "diet relaunch" and have already lost 5 lbs. YAY!! I know it is usually water weight at the beginning, but you have to start somewhere right? And it is pretty darn motivating to see those first few lbs disappear
I look forward to joining the site and "meeting" all of you. I am sure that I will be spending most of my time in the 30s and Calorie Counting groups, but I am quite the lurker and am sure that I will check out all of the groups soon.
However, I am a bit disappointed that I new members have to wait 20 days to get access to their signature. I really love tracking my losses with those fun tickers that I have been seeing from everyone.
Now I am off to do some "lurking" and check out some of the other groups!
