Hello, (again).
I havent been on here for awhile.
What has changed? I have gained back 6 pounds so I am back to starting weight, however I have been dabbeling in running since about November. I ran my first 5k a couple of months ago and Im not sure that running is for me...but hey, I did it.
Currently my goals are to stay at 1200 calories a day, eat better, drink 8 cups of water and exercise 30minutes a day.
I plan to get pregnant in October, so I would LIKE to loose as much as I can until then.
