Default hi all, looking for some motivation and support

Hi all,
I'm new to this site. I'm not new to the weight loss battle. I've fought with my weight since my teenage years. After a diagnosis of two liver conditions a couple of years ago I decided to take the bull by the horns and get fit and healthy, and for the first time in my life, get myself to a healthy weight.
Sadly a year and a half of extremely hard work has left me no where other than on the express train out of motivationville.
Nada is happening and after a year of high doses of steroids I thought the loss would be quick and fitness levels shoot through the roof...alas no.
So it would appear that the exercise nearly stopped any damage to my muscles. As for the diet.....it would appear to have done nothing Barr stopping serious steroid gain (meh, I still got a fat face, neck and preggers looking tummy).
Anyway, enough of the moans, I am here so that all you lovely people can help me keep motivated when ever I feel like I can no longer rattle my chubby head off the big br ick wall.
So hiya to everyone from, Erm wet and miserable Scotland.x

Hello and welcome to the forum!
Seteroids can really cause weight gain. I have a girlfriend who has gained around 40lbs from being on them. Good for you for keeping the weight off while taking them.
Best of luck on your weightloss journey!
