I just started back on The Fat Flush Plan, which is pretty similar to the SBD. I also started working out with Tracy Anderson's Metamorphosis set yesterday – I found the eating plan a bit on the skimpy side, so I decided to go for the one plan that gave me results in the past... and here I am

OA sounds like a good idea, I wish I had meetings in English in Switzerland! I'm sure it'll be beneficial.
