hiring a nutritionist shows u might be more serious and dedicated, and if you can afford it I think that's a great way to go. Do you have an exercise plan? Even if you start slow it can help. I am thinking of joining a gym but cost is a concern for me. I might wait till fall when outdoor swimming and walks are not a free alternative.

I have a whole entourage of support: mama who is my weight watchers buddy, sis who is my work out support, 2 friends also on diets, and my boyfriend who is also making healthier eating choices and thinks I am a goddess. surround yourself with people who encourage you, motivate you, and love you and I believe it will make all the difference!
