Hi! This is my first time posting anything online but it has been very motivating reading everyone's posts here.
I am 29 180lbs 5'9"
I started my weight loss in December 2011 at 227lbs. I hit 50lbs lost (177lbs)at the end of June then I ate a ton over the week of July 4th. Now I am up a little. I find my biggest obstacle is celebratory eating. I get to a mini goal and say "I'm doing good. I deserve to pig out!"
I have been losing weight through aerobics classes and calorie counting. I cant believe the amount of will power it takes to say no to food. Getting to the gym is not so bad for me but food is hard!
My goal weight is 150lbs. 30lbs to go!
