Hi everybody, I am thrilled to have found this amazing place after feeling sooo alone in starting to work towards some goals. I want to lose some weight and slowly work back up to being able to exercise more again.
After some medical issues it's pretty much been a sedentary state of being for several months now, but I'm feeling some better and want to get going.

Octane, welcome, glad to have you join us. How great that you and your Hubby are doing this together! I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
