Hi, I am new to this forum although I have been lurking around for awhile and reading posts. I feel like the support on this forum will help me reach my goals. I decided I am going to go at this and use what I learned when I lost 15 pounds earlier this year to control my portions and not count calories unless I stall or gain. Wish me luck!!

We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
