Default It's now or never
Hi all, first time on a site like this but really need lose weight! Just sick of being fat and am determined to sort it out! I've lost a few stone n the past but fell back into old habits and piled it back on

I want to lose around 4 stone in all...wish me luck! Any tips appreciated!!

Hiya, after reading your post I signed up to a forum too for the first time. I recently had a baby and really need to shift some pounds - going to jump on the scales tomorrow for the first time in a long time good luck with your goals!
