I've been overweight my whole life, except for a blip in my teenage years due to growth spurts...
I was 208lbs when I entered college, and got down to 170 at 19, and now I'[m back up at 202. My goal is in the 140s, as I have a small frame (you couldn't tell it by looking at me now, though
)
I'm limiting, but not cutting carbohydrates, and getting back into running... I ran from 7th-10th grades, cross country, and want try and make it to my goal by the new year!
I'm on the verge of obesity and have spent the past two years in denial about how much weight I was putting back on, still squeezing myself into 12s when I'm clearly a 16.
I'm in my 20s and I want to be healthy, strong, and hot, darn-it, not that girl who gets told she's beautiful by other girls and is ignored by men.
