Smile Helloooeee... help me be thin :)
Hey all, I m 24 years old, 5'7"and weigh 176 pounds....wanna be 141 by this year end and 155 by September. I m planning on a 1200 cal diet and Yoga(Mainly Sun Salutations). Who's with me....
