Hammering out the last bit
Hi everyone!
I'm 24 years old and all through high school and college, I wanted to be thinner. The short version of the story is that I gained about 40 pounds in college, going from 130 to 170. I lost the weight, through a combination of diet energy drinks, miso soup and being hungry for about a year. Right now, I'm at a healthy, comfortable weight (126, as of this morning), but I'd like to increase my muscle mass and decrease my body fat.
What I'm really after is a community where I can discuss workouts, calories and exercise techniques, as I strongly suspect I'm driving my boyfriend up the nearest wall.
