so here's the problem, i need to loose my pregnancy weight, and i loose interest in my workout videos so easily.....what should i do.....

Stop doing them. Seriously, find something else you like to do.

And 90% of weight loss come from dieting, so what is your plan there? Are you counting calories?

Think of dieting for weight loss, and exercise as a way to get fit (not to "earn" more food or as punishment for overeating.)

The key is to burn more than you consume - you have to be at least 500 calories in deficit of your daily needs to start shedding
