I too just joined this forum today and need to lose a lil more than you, So if you need to chat about anything...feel free!
I am just starting with some small changes such as reducing calories to 1800 or less and 30 minutes of walking each day as well.
It has worked for me in the past to spread out my calories in 3 small meals and 2 snacks throughout the day and trying to drink 60 or so oz. of water too, I am also trying to make better food choices and have more activity in my day in addition to the walking for 30 min.
I know it can be done and there is always something that can work for each of us as long as we have the will and do not lose hope!
