Default Hello 3FC !

Hello everyone! My name is Jenn, and I'm 24 years old. I'm back from a weight loss "hiatus" of sorts. I started my weight loss journey awhile back, about a year ago to be exact. My goal was to lose 90 lbs, and I lost 40 lbs by strict dieting and exercise, but then a lot of things in my life changed and I went on a bit of a break. I haven't gained it back but I definitely haven't lost any more.

So I've decided it's time to start again, to start dieting and exercising. I'm hoping this community can help me find the support I need. If anyone is looking for an accountability partner, I am too! Preferably around my age but it really doesn't matter.

My new goal is to lose the last 50 lbs by my next birthday, which is in January. That gives me about 8 months...I think I can do it!

Hope everyone else is doing well!

You're off to a great start! Welcome to 3fc! There's a 20-somethings forum you might be interested in posting in, but you're free to post anywhere.

Hi Jenn, welcome back! Congrats on losing 40lbs and keeping it off! It's so easy to slip back into weight that you've lost if you fall off track a bit. I know you can lose the next 50, everyone here is great support and you'll find a thread for just about anything you might be concerned or curious about. I'm 26, and I wouldn't mind being your accountability chum if you want!

Thanks for the encouragement already And I would love that marchmallow! I see you are from England too...my fiance is English (I'm American) and at the end of this year I'll be moving there! It would be nice to know some people there, especially if they can help me with me weight loss too

Huuuge props on not gaining it back! I was on a 'hiatus' myself but gained just about every bit of 40 lbs back. Here's to getting back on track!

Yes, here is to getting back on track!! We have to remember that our new life/diet starts today! Not tomorrow We can do it if we stay accountable and keep at it!
